XSG-10型滿足試驗要求：

動態測試

    將進水管接入水溫82℃-93℃、壓力為0.9Mpa的液壓系統，預熱3分鐘，然后以10秒鐘的間隔進行沖擊實驗共十次，沖擊后的靜壓力為1.38Mpa。試驗結束，管子應無破損、裂痕等。

耐壓測試:

     將進水管接入水溫可控、壓力為2Mpa的液壓系統，在60s內把軟管充壓至2Mpa。并在2Mpa壓力下保持5min. 試驗結束，管子應無破損、裂痕等。

爆破測試:

     將進水管接入水溫可控、壓力為3.8Mpa的液壓系統，在60s內把軟管充壓至3.8Mpa。并在3.8Mpa壓力下保持5min. 試驗結束，管子應無破損、裂痕等。
